i like the one where the guy has the stopwatch that stops time for the whole world. he can stop everything cold...steal a donut, rob a bank. then it breaks while the world is stopped and he goes insane.

that's just plain good writing.

The one where the guys buys a newspaper and flips the coin into the box, and it stands on end. During that day he is able to read people's minds, even a buxom blond who isn't thinking a thing. And then at the end of the day, he buys another paper from the same guy in the same way, and his second coin knocks over the first one, and he loses his mind reading power.

That idea is kinda similar to the one with Burgess Meredith where he likes to read and the whole world stops (or he's the only survivor). There's tons of books, but he ends up breaking his only pair of eye glasses and can't read.

Old one about mobster hoodlum guy ended up in a place where he got anything he wanted. His genie magic guy was Frenchy from Family Affair. If the guy wanted money, broads, anything it would appear. The guy got anything he ever wanted. End of story guy got tired of getting everything he wanted and dreamed of too easily. He wanted to leave but couldnt and Frenchy revealed himself as Devil at the end.

Lots of cools ones.
