Would have liked to had another winner yesterday but it wasn't a bad day going 4-6 for +2.5 units. Today is a big day with 6 teams still needing to close out their series with a -1.5 win. As I knew I should have done, I am leaving the POS Nationals out of this and putting them in the avoid category. From now on, the home team will be played when they are on the road. By the system, these are 4 unit plays, but I am deviating on SF and Cincy slightly.

Today's plays, all -1.5 runs:

LAA 400/640
SD 400/720
NYY 400/440
Cincy 200/430
SF 300/570

seems as if the potential to wipe out a season is on the line today with the large investment in bets. since the idea is to make money on a series if I am correct. then since you are even for games 1 & 2 slightly ahead. you could pass totally or cut back to 1 unit so as to avoid the potential devestation. I dont know if you are really putting up $100.00 a game and laying out $2000 bucks today or more or less but from a money management system of eries why have all the extra exsposure. SSI will tell you that I rant about this all the time. There is no statistical evidence that says losing 1-2 3 will win. best of luck please this is not a bash but just a couple of money mangement thoughts. heart222

Completely understand and no offense taken. Frankly, I agree, but decided to roll the dice. We shall see how it plays out.

Also, 17 units are at stake and the first series of the week played out pretty well. 17 units is recoverable if they all go down.

First, screw you. Half the posters here post their plays in $100 increments whether they play them that way or not. Ease of following and posting. Secondly, you have no idea whether I make $100 per day or $100 per hour. Thus, you can make no inference as to how I play and how much I play.

fhemq: i hope you get them all.......... i had to back off, several reasons, while i feel the potential is there for great profits, as the record shows thus far. 36-9 (+45.66 units), heading into the weekend set..... there is also great risks for wild swings in the units...

i just didnt have it in me, to keep up the pace of the large number of games.. im keeping it monitored, exactly as i drew it up and will report on it from time to time... i also hate being tied to the computer and feeling the need to run and post every single play......

i prefer the more laid back approach, bet one for a nickel and get it over with..

I am just hoping to get 2 of them, take a small gain on the week and start anew tomorrow. I am also following how the same system plays out with the home teams, at this point of the current series, the home version is slightly better. Washington played themselves into the avoid category this weekend.

NO, on the home teams... they win by one all the time.... many more advantages to the road team -- laying -1.5......

extra innings, without a walkoff, you have no chance..
you may only get 8 AB's and not 9....... do not do this with the home team..

you got LAA.....

Yeah, I know the disadvantages with the home teams. I am tracking to see how it plays out and compare it to the roadies. F*ing Wash came through and I left them out. Oh well.

while i know you want to eliminate the bad teams, you must realize that,,, that they offer the most profit potential... especailly when they win that second or third game... if yanks hold on, the system will be 11-3 (+6.86).. with sf pending..

UNderstood, but based on what I found with last year's bad teams, they destroyed any value in the system. Thus I am avoiding them. KC would have dropped 7 units. Instead I had TB and banked + 1.5 units in game 1 and didn't worry. That is an 8.5 unit swing. They don't win on the road often enough to cover the sweeps.

In the black for the day no matter what happens with SF tonight. Let's hope they pull it out and make a decent day a great one.
