I really like Boston -1.5 in the game today. They got shut out last night to Seattle and good teams bounce back the game after getting shut out, esp. at home. Today on the mound Boston has Beckett who has been steller in two starts this season posting a 1.29 ERA. Seattle has Jarrod Washburn pitching today, with an ERA of 6.00. But if you look at his last start on the road he gave up 6 runs in 5 innings of work, equating to a 10.80 ERA. Boston gets the bats clicking this afternoon and sends the Mariners back to that grundgy, pot smoking, coffee drinking city they call Seattle.
