Just as I was starting to like this book. Get back from Easter Dinner, and go to refund my 777rock account, come to find out, their CS is closed since 3pm this afternoon.

I call, and no one there can help me fund my account, WTF? I can understand not processing withdrawals, but they could lose a bundle with no taking deposits.

FWIW - today (Easter) is a very serious holiday for Costa Rica and it's citizens. Sounds like the CSD staff got the rest of the day off.

I respect that Wil. I just think with some of the bigger players, they should accomadate in some way. To have a note on their casino home page is not satisfactory in my book.

An email would have been nice a few days in advance. I have other outs yes, but a book should at least take deposits.

if their wagering dept is open all day i don't see why they don't have a couple CS reps taking deposits. Or is their wagering dept closed as well?

I guess wagering is open. I called, talked to a person, was put on hold. Then they come back and say there is no one in that can help me. Go figure.

Then they should have had a banner on their main page for a few days saying that CS was gonna be closed on Easter Sunday. Just like when sportsbooks throw x-mas parties. Customers are known days in advance the hours of that particular day.

Give their one employee a break BB. The guy is faster than the entire staff at WWTS, but he needs a little time off. Seems the other places always want to pass the buck and have someone else do the job, but at 777 it gets done quick. A great book that has hard working employees. You don't have to talk to three different people there to get the job done. It's one call and done. My hats off to 777.
