These past 4 days..I went to the beach, stayed at a great resort here in CR..had great weather..At the resort its always nice to meet Americans and always I turn the conversation to sports..I always ask and inquire as to who fullfills there wagering needs..You hear it all..This time I met 8 Packer fans, all nice players who wager with Sportsbbok.com..These guys could not have been happier..They said payouts are on time, and the CS is wonderful..That book has great in roads with these Badgers, and they were all happy campers..

I only once had a problem with them because they did not cancel a wager that I placed by accident eventhough the line had not changed and I made the request hours before.

They set it straight by giving me a $25 bonus with a 5 or 6 time rollover, forget which.

I like their betting interface a lot.

Thats great, you found some losers that are happy sending Sportsbook.com their money.

The facts still have not changed. If you win at Sportsbook.com, you got problems. Stay away.

I asked them to remove my first time deposit bonus and told them I was cashing out. They asked my why and I told them.

So the guy went away and came back and made me the bonus offer. Then I told the guy, you just saved yourself a customer.

This was about three years ago. It has possibly changed.

I thought this might be a thread to say they've been bought out by Pinnacle or Wsex or ?
Don't read much about buyouts like in the early days anymore..guess the market has settled down.

VERY SMART MOVE--

In Vegas I noticed a large SB.com billboard right on the STRIP (las Vegas Avenue). Very good location IMO.

I can't speak for others, but that has not been the case there for me.

You will find a lot of mixed reaction on sportsbook.com but overall I have liked having them as a sportsbook. My only complaint is that they are slow to grade wagers sometimes. Other than that, I have not had any problems with them. I have gotten large five figure payouts sent FedEx by check quickly. It also seems to be the only sportsbook left where I can deposit by credit card online without any issues.

I had my problems there when they were going through their combining accounts phase, but I still play there since, and have got paid.. They often have some nice lines in US Sport, I wouldn't play "off" lines there on minority sports though.

Do not be mislead by their bonuses. I have put in 30K before played well over the 2.2 rollover and then mysteriously the bonus will be taken out of my withdrawal..

How did you get to go on this trip, if you don't mind me asking ?

Did you win it as a prize, or did you get it because you gave SportsBook.com a certain dollar amount of betting volume over the course of the year ?

I could care less how good sportsbook.com is these days- I will never play there and if anyone asks for my opinion, I will tell them not to as well.

Like Samuel Jackson said in Pulp Fiction:

Sewer rat might taste like pumpkin pie, but I'll never know
