Yesterday: 3-2 +1.40 units
Season: 24-11 +15.59 units

Not a bad day yesterday, coulda been a great one if a couple things went out way but I'm feeling pretty good right now about my capping, let's see what we have today. I'm posting just the early afternoon games right now.. I'll be posting the evening/night games later this afternoon (probably around 3:00-4:00)

Kansas City Royals OVER 4 -110 vs Chicago White Sox (Javier Vasquez) .. Risk 2.2 units to win 2 units

Cincinnati Reds UNDER 4.5 -130 vs Florida Marlins (Dontrelle Willis) .. Risk 1.3 units to win 1 unit

New York Yankees OVER 5.5 -120 vs Toronto Blue Jays (Ted Lilly) .. Risk 1.2 units to win 1 unit

Let's hit these suckers!

Sekrah just wondering if you check such information for your team totals like the info posted in oldmanTed's thread? Seems some important people might be absent from the Royals lineup today, people who would normally, I would think, play a role in your reason for taking the Royals team total over the number today.

Afternoon plays not lookin' too good at this stage. The Reds are threatening, while already at a 'push', the damm Yankees are going to need 3 in their final 2 at bats and the we're gonna need the Royals to get some base runners soon. Not looking good Sehrah as I said for these afternoon so-called delights! :icon_conf

Got clobbered in the early games 3-0 -4.7 units.. Chalk it up to variance, I liked the picks and wouldn't do anything differently. Gonna see if we can get them tonight.

**Game of the Night**
Boston Red Sox TT UNDER 5.5 -135 vs Tampa Bay Devil Rays (Doug Waechter) .. Risk 4.05 units to win 3.
**Game of the Night**

Philadelphia Phillies TT UNDER 5 -140 vs Washington Nationals (Livan Hernandez) .. Risk 2.8 units to win 2.

Milwaukee Brewers TT UNDER 4 -110 vs Houston Astros (Andy Pettitte) .. Risk 2.2 units to win 2.

Arizona Diamondbacks TT UNDER 4.5 -110 vs San Francisco Giants (Matt Cain) .. Risk 2.2 units to win 2.

Baltimore Orioles TT UNDER 4.5 -145 vs Cleveland Indians (Jake Westbrook) .. Risk 1.45 units to win 1.

Tampa Bay pitcher Doug Waechter is a young pitcher still developing. He's show signs of good stuff and he has the potential to develop into a regular in someone's rotation down the road.

He had a three month stretch last season of excellent pitching (around 4.00 ERA/1.35 WHIP), but finished with a rough September.

So far this season, he's had two outings. He got rocked in Toronto by the Blue Jays in his opener. The Blue Jays are hitting just about everybody right now and Rogers Centre is a classic hitters park. I like to forgive him for getting smoked by some very hot bats in that game. He rebounded sharply in his next start vs Baltimore, going 6 IP, allowing 6 hits and just 1 run. This is a nice rebound for Waechter and could be a signal of good things to come.

Boston: The Boston bats are cold right now. For whatever reason they are slumping. They only found 2 runs vs Casey Fossum last night, later adding a bunch against the bullpen. They have earned less than 4 runs/game so far this season. They have scored over 5.5 runs only 5 times this year (under 5.5 runs 9 times).

Weather: Abnormal jetstream patterns have a unusual VERY strong wind coming out of the NNW at 15-20 MPH with gusts up to near 30 MPH. This will have a very damaging impact on home runs. it will be very difficult to clear the monster in left with this wind pattern. Balls that are home runs any other day will be fly ball outs today.

Of course Youkilis had a lead-off HR, so who knows anymore

Wow! That is pretty diffficult to do even if one tried there Sekrah: 0-8! That's as tough as it gets and I suppose the only way to put it is to say things should get better and will as they can't get any worse. Tough day! (certainly glad I picked today not to tag along)
