Tamap Bay is not the terrible team everyone thinks they are. They have on of the top hitting teams but their pitching is what kills them. I think they will finish around .500 Shilling has been pitching well but I don't think he will keep it up. Doug Waechter isn't a bad pitcher he is 0-2 but his ERA is in the 3.70s I don't know if the Devil Rays will win but I see a good value in the +280. If Boston was playing almost any other team besides the Royals or the Devil Rays, I think the line would be around 180.
