betonsports new player bonus??

What is the best deal for a $500-2000 deposit going for betonsports right now? I do not have an account with them so it would be a new customer. I see that they send a pager for a $500 deposit, but would one also get the 30% bonus as well??

My dad would like the pager, but if I have to forfeit a bonus then I wouldnt want the pager

I did call them and for the first time, you can only get either the pager or the following bonus:

Deposit just $500 and Get a FREE 20% Bonus, a $30 wager on the first Five Innings, a $30 play on total hits, and a $30 bet on total homeruns.

I really dont need another pager so I would obviously choose the bonus. But they said that as long as you dont take a payout on the first deposit, then on your next deposit of $500 then you can receive the pager

Today, my credit card was not accepted at this shop though. It works everywhere else though, that is sort of weird. I tried to deposit $1000, and actually this is the bonus for $1000.
