BIGSHOT, I'm hoping we'll be able to make it out to the Bash this year. We need to get all my summer plans together, but we're doing everything possible to try to make it out. You might wanna check out their site. Sounds like you're old-school...where you at now? I'll tell ya one thing: you sure as hell wouldn't miss the traffic here.

Ah nice...I was thinking about arriving either Wednesday or Thursday and leaving Sunday or Monday morning...I guess whatever's cheaper. Arriving Fri and leaving Sun just isn't long enough IMO. Last year we arrived Friday night and left Monday morning. Don't you have to reserve the rooms with your CC # and deposit this year? I know that wasn't the case last year, but I remember reading something about it.

I guess it is an east/west coast thing, I can't handle Vegas for more than about 40 hours. My trips are usually Friday afternoon arrival and 11 am Sunday departure. Of course, it is only an hour flight and I usually go 2-3 times per year. I am convinced every Vegas trip takes years off my life. Not only that, the gambling part is always a complete wild card. I can't imagine being there for 5 days, losing early and then not wanting to gamble.
Since I live about an hour drive from Atlantic City, I am not really going for the gambling on tables and slots. I wanna take in a bunch of sportsbook lounges. I intend on putting alot of faces with names from the rxand perhaps doing a sportsbook crawl with some ppl. Whenever I go on a vacation such as this I really try not to have any expectations, so more or less just wanna relax, meet some ppl and explore!!

As for the go-go, I just think it sounds like garbage...only go-go-type music I like is back in the day when some young black kids would play outside RFK before Redskins games...unless I'm thinking of an entirely different type of music. It is the drum based stuff...but there are some good tracks! Is it possible to e-mail a song? I have a dyanamite 1996 Rare Essence track on this laptop...it says "windows media file" as the file type...if I send you this RE track and you don't it you don't like go-go...either way RFK was the SHIT!
