ANyone know how many pitches? Last inning for Angels it went around 12 but I'm guessing the record is 20+ at least...

There was a Dodger in the past couple years (for some reason I think Alex Cora), who fouled off like 13 straight and then went yard. I would imagine it is over 20 though. Way back in the day foul bunts weren't considered 3rd strikes, good bunters used to foul bad pitches off for days until they got a hittable pitch.

Dude, I watched that game live, it was on ESPN I believe....it was amazing, after he fouled off like 13 or 14 straight, everyone in the Dodgers dugout was laughing their ass off, I believe he fouled a few into the dugout. Then he jacked over the right field fence, his team mates went crazy, that whole sequence was awesome!!

Same here, I think I turned the channel at one point for like 5 minutes, turned back and he was still up. I couldn't figure out what the hell was happening until Jon Miller mentioned it.
