Has Anybody been to a Pro Lacross game?

I have been offered free tickets tonight to my home town Lumberjacks game tonight and I am wondering if the game is worth spending a Saturday night to go and watch.

I have never watched the sport but they claim that there is a lot of hard hits and possibly fights.

I've been to a couple of Colorado Mammoth games. It's pretty much a drunken free for all and you can probably count on at least a couple of fights between players. NOTE: I believe that this is the 1st game of the playoffs, so the fighting may not be nearly as prevalent as in the regular season.

It's physical as hell & pretty damn fun to watch.

I've been to one Toronto Rock game which I got free tickets too and I had fun. Its a good live event and you cant bet the price.

I didn't know that it is the playoffs. That is kind of cool I guess.

I am in to the hard hitting action but just needed to make sure that the commercials here were legit in saying so.

I would see the Philadelphia wings play all of the time.

no but I practiced with a division II team and the coach wanted me to play but getting my ass handed to me every other minute is not something I cherish....

If the college LaCrosse people party like this I would love to see the pros.

Is this Indoor Lacrosse?

I've been to a few pro indoor games, I think lacrosse is probably more fun to play then watch...been to many Md games back in the day.

Yep, all arena\indoor.....and they hype it up to no end.

It's growing incredibly fast out here. Denver U has had a damn good team for a few years now & it's blowing up like crazy in the youth\high school leagues.

Went to a final regular season game in Edmonton a couple weeks ago to see the hometown Rush lose to the Lumberjacks, which left the Rush winless at home for their entire first season in the league. Bought a jersey for $130, then I notice that season tickets only cost $80. Good jersey though, and a fun sport to watch. Rougher than I expected.
