My friend..this is the US of A. Any damn think is possible. If you can dream it, then it can happen. Yes, we are a country of laws---rules--and---might I add bullsh.. to that. Whatever law rule regulation or point of order that we may think exists...is really only a mirage...it's not actually there. We change things as events dictate....We don't have anything set in STONE. Once upon a time OJ Simpson was charged with a crime that I thought was a lock....it did not fit and we did acquit. But back to sports...if someone threw their mouthpeace at me....DAMM IT...I would hope they were sent to the BENCH for more than a game or two. But that's just my idea....
