There is a big difference between mlb and nba with the road system and you must be careful by not treating it the same. Using mlb with the road system, you must consider starting pitching and other factors in your plays.

If I submitted the above for today's play, the bashers would be out in full force. The first 2 plays only, there would be over 170 units at risk based on -110. The above plays are JUST UNREALISTIC!!!

MY RESEARCH ON THE MLB WITH THE ROAD SYSTEM:
My research on the mlb with the road system indicated that the over/under is the best approach to the road system although the moneyline plays can give some good results over a period of time.

Key: Using the end of a long road trip of 6 or more games plus top 40 starting pitching ERA leaders of each league.

EXAMPLE: Last year... the last game of a road series of 6 games or more with both starting pitchers of each team listed in top 40 in era the under for totals won 71% of the time with a record 23 wins and 9 losses.

Using only one pitcher in the top 40 showed a record of 65 wins and 35 losses favoring the under for 65% winning percentage. The month of April was eliminated in this research.

Also you can look at the over with non-top starting pitching. Looking at the last 3 games of each road series showed some good results. The last 3 games of a road trip favored the under.

This year, all the talk is about the over for totals but remember this is only April. I will continue to research this idea further. The key to this is ... TIMING!!! The end of a road trip with top starting pitching!
