Not watching but looks like a double steal and the catcher threw to second without checking the runner from 3rd. The batter struck out so the odds of it being a wild pitch are slim.
The hit and run was on, Fielder going to second, player broke for home when throw went to second, so in essence it was a double steal and both players were safe.
