Respect to BetJamaica!

I must say that I was VERY impressed with BetJamaica's customer service. I recently had to deal with customer service and they were very down to Earth and respectful. I have had all good experiences with them. That does not always happen with sportsbooks, so it is good to see this.

I really enjoy betjam during foots...they also run alot of great NFL contests...like the MNF one I ran for them

The importance of CS is so underrated. It's the first line of contact with the customer-It's damn important and it leaves a lasting impression on current or potential customers.

It's a catch 22 because they tend to be the lowest paid employees, but they are so important when it comes to conveying a positive image for a book.
