I think it would be cool to have a bracket "Champion" for each major sport at the Rx. Hell, even give out some sort of trophy or special treatment (Suites or Comp Dinner) to winners at the annual bash. I think if more posters would sign up for one, they would more likely get in more in the future.

Exactly, a Bracket King contest has two incentives. a) you can beat your opponent in a head to head showdown and b) you're all gunning for the top prize.
