O/T: Hispanic Teenager Victim of Hate-Crime

Fucked up...kid apparently tried to kiss a younger white girl at a party, two older white guys took him outside and beat the fuck out of him, sodomized him with a METAL PIPE, poured bleach over his body to get rid of DNA evidence, then left him for dead.
The 16-year old kid is in critical condition with severe internal injuries...

If these kids are convicted, they deserve to die.

They deserved to be electrocuted, or have the firing squad. Too bad they don't hang anymore because they deserve that sort of punishment. Makes me sick.

That is awful. That is too, too bad.

1.) The guys should be put to death for that, but that is not a death penalty type crime...though it should be. Damn...my ass freaking hurts just thinking about that shit. damn damn damn

2.) I cannot stand the idea of 'hate' crimes. Fuck that. Anyone of any color or anything that gets treated like that in our United States by anyone else of any color or creed or whatever should have FULL recourse of the law. My point being, if four white guys did that to me, I want them to pay the ultimate price even though I'm white. If four black guys did that to me, same thing. I hate the 'hate crime.'

It happened a few miles north of Houston in Spring, TX...and they will get the book thrown at them. Texas doesn't mess around w/ hate crimes and they get punished

(4/27/06 - KTRK/HOUSTON) - One of two teenagers accused in the vicious beating of a 16-year-old over the weekend appeared in court Thursday.
David Henry Tuck answered to charges of aggravated sexual assault. He and Keith Robert Turner are accused of beating and sodomizing the 16-year-old Hispanic boy during a weekend party at a North Harris County home.
The suspects also poured bleach over the boy after the attack on Saturday night. Turner is expected in court later.
It's believed the victim was attacked because he tried to kiss a girl and wasn't found until the next day.
"He was left out in the back yard all night," said Lt. John Denholm with the Harris County Sheriff's Office. "He wasn't found until 11am the next morning. He laid out in the back yard near death for approximately 12 hours."
The victim is hospitalized for massive internal injuries and remains in critical condition. Deputies say they're considering upgrading the charges to a hate crime because the suspects used racial slurs during the beating.

They should be put in the general population of prison first. To become the little bitches of some huge prison savage. I think that's a worse punnisment then the death penalty. At least death penalty you die fast and you're usulaly in a cell away from others.

If you're in the general population you're liable to live through hell everyday.

(at least i assume this...don't really know too much about prison besides for the show Prison Break)

guy didnt deserve anything, he was 16...maybe he had just tunred 16, maybe he just turned 13, maybe there was only a few grades' difference, who cares...point is, this guy in no way deserved what happened at all.
notice these 2 white guys are from a wealthy area? think they'll get the best lawyers to get them off the hook? you bet your ass...if this happens, i hope some hispanic teens in the area find those 2 and kill them regardless.

Obviously you didn't bother to read what I said. 16 and 12, 3 years gap at best. It's still a damn big gap. A few grades?? When I was 16 12-13yo look like babies. I said he MAY have deserved a few hits, I never said he actually deserved a few hits (since maybe the situation isn't clear) and never said that he deserved what he got.

Disturbing? Yes very much so. Hate Crime? No. Say the roles were switched. It was a white boy trying to kiss a hispanic girl and the two boys were hispanic. Would it be a hate crime then? I honestly dont believe it would.

Explain to me how this is a hate crime? Maybe they hated that he tried to kiss a 12 yearold. The fact that they yelled racial slurs doesn't matter. Evaulate the crime on it's merit, not on their attitude. That a cross racial murder or rape would be panalized more heavily is assinine.
