Joining my first fantasy league and it starts in 10 mins, turns out I have the first pick...Pujols right?

I haven't played in years, but it would seem to me either him or Arod, depends on categories. ARod also gets you SBs.

YOU MUST TAKE PUJOLS.. that guy is a beast. i have played for 4 years and running, and that guy is the most consistent player i've seen.. although arod is not bad himself.

I would take Arod. Only because awesome 3rd basemen are harder to come by then awesome 1st basemen.

You can still get Ortiz, Texiera, Shelton, Lee, Howard, etc in the 2nd round (well half them are prob gone...but you can still get a good 1B in the 2nd round)

Arod or Pujols, can't go wrong with either.

In my league (which is pretty standard in terms of scoring for a head to head league) the points leaders among hitters were...

I took Arod, 3rd base was very slim, and i ended up getting Delgado for first, so I was happy!!

i ended up with Brewers pitching, and in one of the last rounds I got Seattle pitching for my bench. This is cool, I have a pretty good team and am proud of my drafting abilities!!...lol.


Btw, I have 4 straight wins in the mlb.com survivor pool for this week...started with 15k ppl, now down to 15 hundred, If you win a week I think you Qualify for WS tickets!!
