I had some banking/withdrawal questions this week and they helped me through them in the most efficient manner---avg 5 minute reply on all emails.
In addition, I praise BJ for withdrawing funds from my account even though they couldnt transfer bc of echeck policy. We all know a majority of books would keep the funds available for play until you could actually withdraw. Of course they would allowed me to bet the funds, but they take the customer approach first.
