They suck shit. I have played them and unfortunately may continue to do so b/c of the system I am playing, but they are f*ing awful. I can't see many (if any) circumstances where someone who is capping would take them, same with Wash. Both of those teams are absolutely atrocious and anyone who plays them (IMO) is doing so based on last year's results. They f*ing stink.
