I would make SF or GB even money to nab Bush now.

The Saints will screw this up somehow, someway.

Seems like the Saints are more likely to trade down and get more draft picks than take Bush. Interesting to see who has the best offer to move up. Maybe for Reggie not going to Houston will be luckier for him.

Jets need a RB. Martin is older than Marv Levy. They're at 4. NO wants Mario or D'Brick. Apparently, Mario is goon. #3 seems to be Leinart. They can trade down, get the player they want and get a nice deal for it.

Of course, if you get a Ditka deal thrown at you anyone could be game.

I think the Jets make the move. If not watch out for Denver with all their picks! Don't count NE out!

Saints should see if someone wants to do a reverse Ricky Williams and trade their entire draft for Bush. That would right their previous wrongs, well at least one of them.

As much as I'd love to see Reggie in a Niners uniform, and they will take him if he falls to their pick, I just don't see it happening. At least not them trading up to get him. Way too many holes on the Niners. Maybe if the Saints want the #6 and a fourth rounder for the #2 it might be a possibility...

Great decision by Texans. Not a great week to be a Trojan. Tomorrow we see how overrated Leinart and White were all season. Leinart's ball room dancing year at USC will end up costing him about $20 mil.
Also, note how many Pac-10 players NOT FROM USC go in Round 1 - Won't be many

Its no wonder the Texans are so terrible...

Bush made plays against every team he went up against...

Williams made plays against bad teams, and disappeared against the better schools...

Bush would have made them better immediately...but they would rather go with a guy that could make them better down the road.

Amazing.

Exactly. And he didn't run against NFL type athletes in college

And Williams is a guy that takes games off...extremely inconsistent.

Pasquarelli reported that the Texans gave Williams more $$$$ than they ever offered Bush.

QB there hoping to do a draft day deal with the Falcons to get the atlanta backup Matt Schaub. I think if they traded up that high they'd go for a RB(Bush) over a QB. All the local guys are high on Cutler though.

Texans will live to regret their decision I believe. Bush is best back I have seen since Gayle Sayers. Big mistake by Texans because they are simply too cheap !

Bush to New Orleans makes no sense. New Orleans has Deuce, he's been nicked up a bit, but is still a solid 1,000 to 1,200 yard back.
