What is the deal? Is it mental or do they just suck? Ever since that park went up the can't hit. They bitch and bitch about it, but the team they are playing has to hit there as well.
And by the way how does Bochy have a job still? Moves like tonight, Young is flat out dominating, the only reason the inning wasnt over was because the Pads blew an easy double play and he takes him out to turn over a 1-0 game to their pen?

Funny you bring this up, I was wondering the same about the Pads...The lineup isnt much different than last year, and they cant hit, neither in the clutch or with 2outs no one on...looks like they are disinterested. Hard to believe they are this bad, especially with the likes of Peavy and Hoffman, I really dont get it, one of the biggest suprise slow starts to the season, them and the pathetic Phillies!!

i've always felt the padres run a country club. how bochy keeps his job, i can't figure. the female massage therapist says it all for me.

i read the san diego tribune everyday. not once that i have read have their baseball mentioned even one word about how well p nevin is doing w/the rangers. the x nady deal is working out real well. miguel olivo w/the marlins is having a better yr than pizza man.

they are totally psyced at home. they have been a nothing home team since the park has opened. the only park in mlb that doesn't have a smoking area. you have to leave the park to have a smoke.

they will never be successful with their current management. bottom line.
