OK, onto today's mess...

Reds are 8-0 OVER at home when the total is 8.5 to 10. After ending Oswalt's unheard of streak last night, expect complacency from them today and a bad outing from Harang. Pettitte starting to come around, let's try to correlated thing...

The plays: Houston -110 at CRIS - 110 to win 100
OVER 9 -103 (206 to win 200)
2 team parlay Houston -112 and OVER 9 -110 (Pinny) - 200 to win 522.73

Ridiculous price on Livan today, but the Cards have given Carp plenty of support all year and until Livan can get out of the first inning unscathed, it's hard to bet on him. The Nats had a big meeting after getting swept by the Reds, it resulted in a win Friday. Keep a close eye on them and see if they start playing a little better.

Davis has been nothing short of awful but he's a lot better pitcher than he's shown. Trends favor him (his team is 24-16 in his starts during the first half of the season; Rusch's teams are just 13-24 at home when he is favored up to -150)... and the wind blowing right to left favors Davis and his slider. His last 3 have been against STL, at Houston and the Reds... this lackluster offense will be a welcome relief.

The play: Brewers plus 102 at Jazz (200 to win 204)

Not quite sure how they can consider making Florida a favorite considering that Josh Fogg is the best pitcher the Rockies are sending out there every night. He wasn't very good against Philly Monday but he's 4-1 with a 2.00 ERA in his last six starts against the Marlins. I'll bite on him to bounce back today.

The play: Rockies plus 103 at Pinny (300 to win 309)

Some correlated fun with the Braves; nothing else...

Glavine is 2-11 (team) when going against the Braves, while Thomson 12-1 UNDER when the game is between PICK and -115. Why not?

The play: 2team parlay ATL -112 and UNDER 8 - 100 to win 247.02

Going to go UNDER in Pittsburgh tonight. Maholm has been getting better and the Phillies are documented as bad against lefties. Meanwhile, Pitt has not hit RHP well at all... Lidle is not great but he should be able to handle that Pirate lineup. I like Philly, but I like UNDER even more. Hallion is 4-1 O/U but his strike percentage isn't out of line, he's just been the victim of some bad pitchers.

The play: UNDER 9.5 -115 in Pittsburgh - 230 to win 200

Obviously, too much emphasis is placed on pitching when they're trying to make Seattle a favorite in Baltimore. Don't they know the M's are 12-34 against the AL East on the road? Or that the O's are 9-1 vs. Seattle the last 3 seasons?

I realize Chen is struggling, but Rodriguez is also 0-3, and how about Chen's 1-0 against with a 1.74 ERA against the M's - all 3 starts were last year. I'll bite.

The play: Baltimore plus 108 - 200 to win 216

Assuming Loaiza is healthy, the UNDER looks good in KC. Reilly is 2-1 O/U but his 64.33 strike percentage is precariously close to making him a club member on the 'U'... Affeldt gave up one run and had six strikeouts in 5 1/3 IP in a 5-1 win over Cleveland on Sunday. Loaiza had back spasms his last time out but has done well against KC in the past. I'll nibble...

The play: UNDER 9.5 plus 101 in KC - 200 to win 202

Two pitchers that just flat suck going tonight in the Juicebox. Winters is a UNDER ump (despite his 2-1 record OVER this year) but there are overwhelming trends on OVER when Waechter starts for the D-Rays.

OVER is 5-1-1 in Red Sox L7 games vs. a RHP. OVER is 5-0 in Waechter's L5 night starts. OVER is 5-0-1 in Waechter's L6 Saturday starts. OVER is 4-0-1 in Waechter's L5 home starts. TAM is 3-0 in Waechter's L3 home starts vs. Boston. And OVER is 8-1-1 in L10 meetings between the two teams.

The play: OVER 10.5 -114 at Pinny - 342 to win 300

Finally, a club member appears in the final game of the night. Nauert and his 59.9 strike percentage falls squarely into an OVER ump. His record is 3-1 this year. Both pitchers in Anaheim have good ERAs and have been running good. But...

Contreras is 0-2 with a 6.75 ERA in three career starts against the Angels. Escobar has struggled against the White Sox, going 1-8 with a 6.59 ERA in 18 career appearances, including eight starts, against them. That ERA is his worst against any AL team.

They have bet the SHIT out of this UNDER today, much to my surprise and pleasure. Glad I waited. Was gonna make it a decent bet OVER 8 even money, where it was a couple of hours ago. Now I can bet even more.

The play: CWS/ANA OVER 7.5 plus 102 at Pinny - 500 to win 510

That's it for today! Good luck gents.

Oh yeah, NBA... Pacers plus 2 and Dallas PICK for 200 each, just the shits n giggs fun I need, haha...
