I saw under 20 (even money).

I think to reach 50 would be a 5 -1 odds and over 75 at 8 -1 odds.

Serioously, I do not see this guy EVER being anything in the NFL.

I'd say 20 is a good number. Titans give him 2 or 3 years and then he proves how titanic of a bust he is. Two more teams give him another chance and he starts a couple more games and then he bags groceries with Akili Smith.

YES!

FINALLY someone here agree with all i have been saying about him for some time now - although as much money as Akili made - and Young will - doubt they bag groceries - odds are they will OWN the store - not work for it

i have been saying FOR MONTHS Vince Young will be THE BIGGEST BUST of the 2006 Draft - ZERO doubt about it

Totally agree with you Winky. There is a slight chance he could be like a McNair, but that chance is SLIGHT. All he ran was a freaking shotgun, he'll pull a Kordell and line up behind the guard at least once. He also ran that one read system at Texas which is ridiculously simple. Either throw the ball to the one guy or run. Very very easy. He'll have to learn way too much and the pressure will get to him. He'll have to learn how to read a D, learn how to check off, and change his throwing motion. Probably way too much to ask him to do.

Naturally i am on the other side of this.

Give him a couple of years to get the NFL spped of linebackers and the pass rush and then lets see. Who knows how many wins this kid will get, but i betcha that he gets more than 20 in his lifetime, barring injury.

One more point, if he does run in the NFL, which he will, if he gets around the corner and there is nothing between him and the goal but a DB and a Safety, how ya like those chances of scoreing...i like em Alot !

Why is everybody so down on him? What does he have to do to get people to think he is worthy of nfl success? I would take the over on 20 wins all day.

are you a USC fan? I think his physical talent alone will make him an average QB in the NFL at worst. He can single handily change a game. he did it time and time again. why all the doubters? cuz he has an awkward throwing motion? he wont be able to scramble and get out of the pocket in the NFL like he could in college? they will coach him and hes not a *****. he will develop and surprise a lot of people...i hope.

Isn't there some t-ball game you need to be scouting?

Yes, I'm eating crow right now.......still don't think he will be a good QB though over time.
