Dig a giant hole and burried every relief pitcher on the team in it..
When managers come out to take the starter out , they should just bring a batting tee with them.
Place it on top of home plate and let the other team hit off it.
Would accomplish the same thing as bringing a reliever in ... And save the owner tons of money..
Just need to buy a new tee every once in a while...
