reach my season low point as for units down. did not have anytime for this afternoons action. i like st louis and pittsburgh, so i would have lost a little on those two anyway. i need to turn this around quickly.
atlanta -131 vs colorado.........bucking two trends here. sosa has not won yet this year, and i read where cook has been amazing on the road (9-1 with a 3.33 ERA in his last 15 road starts) get the feeling braves are going to start rolling. sosa too good to keep losing and no way cook can be that good. oddsmakers have this one right. they are begging you to take cook.
phillies -139 vs florida............ok, if we can beat willis, we can beat anybody on the marlins staff. i am going with another winless pitcher like the above game. lieber is supposed to be the phils ace and has not won yet. he has gradually pitched better and i look for him to get his first win tonight. phils also hitting the ball well.
washington +132 vs ny mets.........i am still waiting for this mets team to hit a losing streak. they were lucky to win last night. i think the nats get to this pitcher (maine) throwing for the mets. washington due for some wins, they are better than their record.
toronto +113 vs baltimore............could care less that benson is pitching for the o's. toronto the better team and will score enough to win again tonight. better team, better hitting, slight pitching advantage for baltimore and that is all for them. nice dog again.
i hope this is not out of frustration, but i am going to make washington and toronto for two units each instead of my usaul one. only need one of those to come in for a profit, and i feel good about both.
