Question about Bonus Plays

I know there have been threads on this before but i couldn't find them...
whats the best way to use Bonus Plays?
I seem to recall people saying to bet in a way that you basically turn the FP into making the exacts ame amount of money back
I got the $500 skybook promo FP, should i just play it like i want and on random stuff, parlays, etc. or turn it into $500 of my own money?

You can turn it into $375 real money for sure playing parlays.
