On the payout side. How is this handled? If I want a 1,000 dollar payout how does a book put it in? Does the book pay me 1,000 and then get a seperate charge from neteller after?
Also why wouldn't if a book had a charge for neteller waive it at all times if one wanted only a partial payout (leaving any amount of money in the account at the shop)?
ANY TYPE OF CHARGE WOULD ENCOURAGE A FULL WITHDRAWAL.

Guess they feel that the money they save by charging for withdrawls is more than what punters would hang around with and lose.........which seems hard to believe.
ALSO, why would a book offer neteller payout option PRIMARILLY? Or as an only option for a fee. I'd be happy with a check by regular mail, no real costs to the book, a stamp and an envelope. Seems like they have no problem mailing all sorts of other stuff to my house???
I'd say this should allways be an option and be free if one has any substancial action at abook.
From what I have seen it is 3.9% ... when you upload to Bet trojan they show you the fee amount (although they dont charge you) and it pretty much landed on 3.9%
I would imagine ... and as Doug says ... the larger books would have to get volume discounts ... do you really think Pinny or Mansion would pay the $1950 fee on a $50K WD? They have to be on a flat fee basis when your doing that much
