last night: 4-3, +1.11 units
ytd: 94-102, -2.52 units

Getting this one out early b/c i could see it going up, plus it's an "early" game. More later. Dissapointing end to last night, Cubs blew it, LAD blew an easy -1.5 cover. Oh well.

1 unit:
Atlanta -110...This play based on multiple things: 1) Zambrano has been just plain bad, even at home this year. 2) Hudson has been pitching well lately (5 ER in last 25 innings). 3) Last night the game went 14 innings, bullpens are depleted, Hudson has more stamina and ability to go deeper in this game which could play a big role.

back with more tomorrow.

Looks good! Hopefully Hudson pitches well enough to last 9 innings, 'cause that Braves bullpen is putrid. What a fiasco friday night. I wouldn't trust a 10 run lead with 2 innings left to them. be careful & don't bet the farm here. GL

1 unit:
Nationals -119...I expect more of the same from yesterday. Santos has been hit hard this season, road and at home, lefties and righties. Ortiz looked decent his last time out, has had some success vs. Pitt in the past.

SD -1 (-105)...I know Marshall's rookie campaign has been tremendous thus far but it won't matter if the Cubs can't score. Those idiots fucked me over last night, they are a fade until they score some runs. Plus SD's strenght is their right-handed hitting, Piazza had last night off, well-rested for today.

Houston +100...Jennings hasn't found his groove for the Rockies yet, and they haven't given him run support. Rodriguez is a bit ill but this play is more on Houston's hitting than his limiting the Rockies.

Baltimore +126...Wakefield has struggled primarily vs. righties this year and the O's will stack the lineup that way today. The individual batters have had good success vs. him, whereas the hitters for Boston have been limited by Bedard. his career ERA vs. Boston is skewed, some of hte players that hit him hard aren't there anymore.

Detroit -118...Bonderman's actaully pitched better on the road (batters hitting sub-.200 against him) than at home. Coming off a fantastic complete game shutout, bottom line is Minny is a fade vs. Detroit until they win.
