Where's all those guys that were laughing at Steve Nash the other night? I've said this for years, Nash has more class and heart than anyone in the league. Man makes no excuses when he got embarassed in LA, just comes back and leads his team to three straight when Jack and all the rest of those celebrities in LA were getting their tofu parties ready for the Clippers. I love these threads about how Kobe sucks... He has no heart... blah blah blah. All I know is that he has 3 rings. If his career could ended today it would be better than 99% of the "stars" in the league..

Everything you said is true! The only contention is whether he is capable of carrying a team on his own - a la Michael. And please don't bring up Pippen. Pippen was a great defender and a good scorer but basically just a better than average ballplayer on his own. Kobe had the best player in the league at the time on his team to get him those three rings so naturally people will always snipe at him, his ability and his character until the day he wins a championship on his own.oldirtyku said:
