What a great flick. First time I have seen it in many years. They nailed the casting with Dreyfus, Looney's character, Tilly, just about everybody. The characters around the track really made the movie - I particularly loved the scenes with the ticket window worked. Good stuff

I got to hang out with David Johansen and the rest of his band after their gig at UMass-Amherst in the fall of 1978. This was a couple of years after he fronted the legendary New York Dolls.
