I don't think any other teams can really get there without an injury so who wins this series? Last year the teams were basically on par - this year the Pistons seem to be better but the Spurs made actual improvements with a better Parker and Finley - I say the Spurs in 7.

Dallas isn't out of the series.
Also think Phoenix has an outside shot at representing the West.

Regardless of who the Pistons play in the Finals, the Pistons will win. That is unless the HEAT knock out the Pistons in the Eastern Conference Finals. :103631605 :dancefool

Clip Joint might disagree quite vehemently.

Everyone is sleeping on us...but I don't mind. We opened some eyes with the domination of Denver and all everyone could say was "Denver sucks". Now we will beat Phoenix and it will be "they don't play defense". After we get done with the Spurs/Dallas it will be because "we had an easy bracket in the playoffs". :drink:

Pistons will win it all, in 6 maybe 5.

Pistons are in a league of their own it seems. I can't see anyone beating them in the playoffs.

It is tough to stay motivated for 82 regular season games, but once the playoffs role around, the elite teams are tough to beat in a 7 game series.

The beauty of the 7 game series format is the better team almost always wins. I don't think there is a better team in the NBA than Detroit.

Agree that it is hard to envision Detroit losing a series this year. They are a machine.

Still like the Mavs chances against the Spurs.

I want to agree with some in this thread...do not count Dallas out at all....They very well could take out the Spurs. After that? I don't know, but the Pistons look like THE team that will win it all. tulsa
