Anybody who plays these exotics and doesnt realize that MOST online outs cap payouts deserves pretty much what they get.

You can get track odds on WPS...but for the exotics, BET THE CHALK, and know the cap !!

so:

1. B
2. A
3. A

if you want to set up a poll, it should be a real poll where people can vote anonymously, this software has that capability.

#2..b
#3..n/a at the moment

and this thought here...is a re-post...but probably lost in the banter...

something the mods here outta think about...this case is CLASSIC and been done before on a much BIGGER SCALE..

And AMERICAN LAW is CHRYSTAL CLEAR....

Actually SS you are 100% correct here...and public opinion will decide this....

perhaps you can set it up in a more "OBJECTIVE" manner as my thoughts have clouded the way it was written....?

very very simple case.........HORSE RACING:
  • Win, place, and show wagers pay track odds.
  • All bets are on the horse, NOT the number.
  • Any bet placed after Post Time has no action.
  • In cases of wagers involving coupled horses, if one entry scratches, the other entry still has action.
  • The maximum amount for any win, place, or show wager is $2,000.
  • The maximum amount for any exacta, quinella, trifecta, or Daily Double wager is $200.
  • Trifectas pay track odds, with a maximum payout of 300-1.
    end of story

I considered betting the Derby at WSEX, read their rules, saw their limits, and decided to bet at Carib, which had similar limit rules, but at a higher amount for Exacta's and Tri's. Did my research and bet accordingly, as any player should have done. One of the exactas I bet at Carib was paying $600, they cap it at $500. If it hit, I would not be bitching about Carib because I knew the rules going in and it was my decision to risk hitting for a higher amount than their limits.
