Last year you played a home team system in which you made the home team + money no matter what. I was looking back the last few weeks. Without actually doing the numbers it looks like it would have done pretty well under a 1-2-4 chase system. If you are in the mood for punching some numbers, this might be something to really look into. I know you are at a big disadvantage with the hometeam possibly winning a game by only 1 in the last inning where the away team plays to score more then one, but I don't know really how many times that away team covered the RL anyways.

Just check it out. :thumbsup2:

Kruser,
Interseting system. I am curious how it will work out over the course of the season. Thanks for the idea.

It was SSI's idea. By making the home team + $ no matter what I mean either the ML, -1.5, -2, or whatever is necessary. The only twist I was thinking about adding was doing exactly what SSI did with the away RL system. Make it a 1-2-4 chase type system.

it worked pretty well last year, i went as far as laying (-2.5) at times...

the away team R/L is still up close to 30 units on the season but man, you got to live with some wild swings...

1-2-4 progression always sets you up for some wild swings... i cant go back today but will look at this, later this week..

for a few days, i just want to play one game for a nickel...... keep it simple.
