last night: 0-3, -2 units
ytd: 94-110, -9.99 units
Well the weekend did me in completely. from positive units to almost down 10 units. And based on the plays for today I look like even more of a square. Awesome.
1 unit:
Toronto -1 (-125)...LAA going against a pitcher which many opponents call simply the best pitcher in the AL. Doesn't help that LAA hasn't hit worth shit this year, or even lately.
Houson -1 (-121)...Oswalt usually means cash, helps that Bonds isn't expected to play which is big because there's not much else in the middle of the lineup, and Bonds was 4-4 with a double triple HR and 4 walks vs. Oswalt lifetime.
Seattle -136...Meche' last 5 he has an ERA of 5 but don't be misled, aside from one game he's given up at most 3 runs in the past 5. PC is a little too high for my liking but only 3 runs given up in 2 home starts clinches it for me. FOssum has not been good on the road, and isn't a strikeout guy. The more you put the ball in play, good things happen.
Cleveland -1.5 (-124)...Byrd actually has looked decent his past 2 starts, 2 runs in 5 IP vs. Boston, 3 runs in 7 vs. Oakland. Love the fact that he doesn't walk many batters, I see Cleveland giving him the run support to win back in his old home.
great.
