Had a bit of luck with this yesterday as the homers outscored the roadies 38-25. However, Tuesday's games are even more special. We have NYM, AZ, Wash, Bos and Oak going on the road after a home stand and Pit, Cin, Bal and NYY coming home after being on the road. I believe these 2 scenarios favor the home team.
Out of the 15 games going on Tuesday, 7 have the away team favored and 8 home teams are favorites. There are only 2 away teams with odds of -150 or better (Atl and Clev) while there are 4 home teams with odds of -150 or better (throwing out 3 home teams near that mark).
YTD record for 2-unit plays: 10-5 +5.18.

Texas lost while it looks as though Cleveland may as well. I'm glad I didn't bet on them for the bounce-back team.

Thanks Maxxx. That's the one I felt the best on since Pettitte was pitching. I am of the opinion that he is getting too much respect because of his past reputation. These are the types of games I should be betting 2 units on. Not recent hunches like the home team total.
I already had a 2-unit play so I backed off. Oh well.
