Somewhat of a journeyman in his career, this player had stints with the Dodgers, Orioles, White Sox, Braves, and Rangers.

Only a career average of .254, 105 HRs, 480 RBIs, but an exceptional athlete that also shared the outfield at Arizona State with Barry Bonds. Finished 7th in MVP voting in 1992, drove in 107 runs that year despite hitting 2nd in the lineup for his team.

Most notably (and the biggest hint), he was the 1995 NLCS MVP.
Also appeared on The Young and the Restless in 1992. Crazy.

Whom do I speak of?
Also happens to be my favorite player ever so Skinsraj can't answer this question.

Correct, it was Mike Devereaux...

had alot of talent, slowed by some injuries, don't know if you all remember him getting nailed in the face by a pitch but i didn't think he was the same after that, except for the '95 season with the Chisox and Braves (.307 that year, and of course the MVP).

Loved that guy though, played balls to the wall

If I'm not mistaken, I think Devereaux won a post season NLCS MVP award when he was with Atlanta...I know he had a big series one year with them.
