Who can log in with their usual hollywood account on their new site: my login keeps saying account log in unsuccessful.

And their stupid customer service is so infuriating. The guy on the phone couldn't even locate my old hollywood account either, I'm calling back later to speak to a manager.

It better show up somewhere as it had over 20 dimes in it.

besides the log in - a guess thats fixed - no mention to keep -107 and

if thats the case guess we wont be getting a new bonus

so from that point of view seems like get out of dodge

but more than happy to hear something positive

before i make my decision

You have to log in using capital HSB proceceeding your account number, it would of been nice if they could of emailed this to us. But at least it's working now.
