i just logged in and i have a progressive dimeline up to -150...
i just called up their CS dept. and they explained to me:
1) -107 is GONE, forever
2) they're only using a progressive dimeline up to -150 for the next few days until their software is completely fixed
3) then, they're using a true dimeline up to -190
4) the one GOOD thing they did...they're now giving 4 FREE withdrawals each month, with no limit per withdrawal (limit used to be only $2,500 per WD)
5) the withdrawals can be used ANY time, they don't have to be used on the same day (like before)
personally, i'm pissed about the -107 being gone...i'll probably be taking my money out this month and looking elsewhere.
