Rough go of it last night. All the umps were going but I had little success (particularly galling was the loss in Philly by the Mets, with all the late runs pushing it over). Went 2-6 and lost 2669 last night. Worst day ever for me in baseball but the good news is that I'll have a new worst day sometime in the future, hahaha... In all seriousness, I do like my numbers and the work I do to come up with them. It just didn't work out last night.

Now 33-43-3 and down 3623 this season. Just one game tonight.
Last night was rookie catcher Russ Martin's fourth game since coming up from AAA to replace the injured Dioner Navarro. The Dodgers have won all four and it's not coincidental. Tomko lowered his ERA from 4.20 to 3.41 after not allowing a run over seven innings of work in his last start on May 4. The right hander has walked just eight batters over his six starts this season, which will make things tough on the patient Astro hitters. He's rolling along and I made the Dodgers -124 so there is enough value here to bite.

The play: Dodgers -108 - 324 to win 300

Good luck!

:thumbsup2:

pOncinO goes today in Seattle. His 60.4 strike percentage is enough and I got enough value to bite.

The play: TAM/SEA OVER 8.5 even - 200 to win 200

VanOVER living up to his name this year. Six overs in seven outings and these two teams are known for offensive explosions. One of these starters will get touched up good tonight and it flies over.

The play: BOS/YANKEE OVER 8.5 -118 - 354 to win 300

Foster is a club member, calling 64.6 percent strikes. His UNDER is 4-2 this year. I am troubled by OVER going 22-6-1 in FLA last 29 home games. But a club member is a club member.

The play: ATL/FLA UNDER 9.5 -120 - 240 to win 200

Holbrook has only done three games so his sample size is smaller but he's 3-0 OVER with an impressive 58.8 strike percentage. That's CLUB membership status. Hernandez is having his worst year ever thus far and Harang has been better lately but the Flubs pounded him on Opening Day and I know he's got one of those in him soon.

The play: WAS/CIN OVER 9.5 -112 - 336 to win 300

That's it, GL boys and girls...
