This is by far the WORST, WORST, SHADIEST Sportsbook I have ever dealt with. I strongly urge everyone to never, ever use this sportsbook. Also, that Tim J guy (the owner) is a fraud. In this post, I will tell you about how Tim J and Betroyal cheated me out of $139.
OK, so I downloaded Betpro for the free $100 promo that they were offering. You really have to read the fine print in that offer. However, you have to deposit $100 just to be eligible for the promo and make a withdrawal of $200. While I was checking my account, it was about $150 or so at one point from the initial $100 while trying to build the rollover they told me about the $100 deposit you have to deposit (I was checking rollover when I found out about this). So okay, thats fine by me. I email Tim (a week+ ago) and ask him if he wants the $100 deposit or if he might be able to waive it since I am a good customer (I had no problem making the deposit right then and there). I don't hear back from him until yesterday. A few days later, I call betroyal about making a deposit and they act like a bunch of morons and say WU is the BEST way and I can do neteller or CC but they like WU, I say I will just talk to Tim (he seems to know what he's doing). Since then, some time has expired and my account now sits at $339 from winnings and I still have not been able to make a deposit (well I made one this morning neteller for $100). Back it up for a second though, I talk to Tim yesterday and explain the situation (while this occurred I was trying to make a deposit and trying to contact him) he really doesn't care but says he can see my point of view.
Also, he informs me that once I deposit the $100 (done Monday) and withdraw the $200, I will lose all the money in the account ($139) that has been made while trying to deposit with them.
Also, they tried some weird deposit options with me:
WU (no rollover)
Neteller (3x Rollover)
CC (3x Rollover and 10 business day wait before any withdrawal)
At that point, I tell him I am going to make this post at all the gambling websites I am a member of (and I will) and he starts screaming at me and threatening to "confiscate" my cash deposit.
DO YOURSELF A BIG FAVOR AND STAY AWAY FROM BETROYAL!!!!
A few days later (yesterday), I got banned for bashing them and got the $300. However, I still was essentially robbed of $139 by his outfit so stay away.
