Your Pujoles Homerun Expectations

1) Do you think Pujoles will Break Bonds' single season HR record of 73 this year ?


2) Assuming he has no major injuries in his career, will Pujoles break 755 ?


These are interesting questions because he is starting off his career as the best I've ever seen. Bonds wasn't nearly as dominant at this early of an age.

the guy's on roids, he'll probably hit a homer or two in every game.

I dont know. something about his arms look kind of too 'blown up' to me. Then again Gabe Kapler has arms like that too.

Odds are against him that he will even lead the MAJORS in homers by seasons end.

1) the guy is clean

2) hit 55 to 58 this year

3) will hit 720 in an injury free career .

i say he hits 60 this year and 590 lifetime

on a strictly yes or no , i can see your point .

i read it to mean you think their is another player you place smaller odds on right now .

There are about 6-7 guys that could win the home run title this year. Of those Albert has the best shot, but certainly it isnt over in May. I would say he should be about a -230 to win the HR title
