Sorry to hear that. We were definitely on the right side though.

the "right" side is the one that, bet over time, will show profit. Washington was the right side here!

Actually, Cincy was up 1-0 in the ninth, with Weathers (who has been money all year) closing it out.

I would say that Cincy was the "right" side.

LOL...OK...

yeah...you are right...

over time you MAY get your Nationals $ back from tonight which evaporated...

The $600 that credited into my pinnacle account 30 minutes ago will need no time to recoup...

Yes but blown saves happen about five times a day; tell me the next time a team blows a 3-run lead in extras on a walk-off. Maybe 10 times all season.

Point is sure the Cincy play was the RIGHT one tonight but as far as long-term capping is concerned, the value on Washington was the right pick. Make that Cincy bet all season and you'll be in a deep, deep hole. :toast:

Hmm, it was a dead even game. Pitching duel. I'll have my money on the +160 dog and you can bet the -170 favorite.

here here gyne...

that's my point in general... there are 100's of variables that going into decision making leading up to the game and the game itself...

woulda,coulda,shoulda... blah,blah,blah...

in our little hobby here there is one simple yet accutely clear reality,..."Who cashed em and who trashed em?"

1-0 game in the ninth, taking a +160 dog in that tight of game as opposed to laying at least 170 is the way I would go, you are right darknut!

Francesco, I just plain disagree with you here. Forget this game as the emotions are high on this one. There are times that just pure old dumb luck either helps you or hurts you as a bettor. Sometimes you win and go...."My goodness, I would never go back and make that play again, but I won!!" Sometimes you lose and say to yourself, "If I could go back I'd still make that play as it was the right choice to make given what I knew."

Francesco, have you not ever won a game and been pleased to get a lucky win? No? You just were always on the 'right' side when it won? LOL!

Let me tell you something....not about this game as we're too close to it. In my opinion, sometimes the correct side to be on does not win. Sometimes the ball bounces funny and sometimes things happen that just shouldn't happen.

At least, let us all agree to come back and find a winner tomorrow and cash it in! Good luck! tulsa

You said it perfectly Tulsa.
I'm sure whatever side you were on you were pretty up and down the last few innings. Hell think how you felt if you had the under and that almost flamed out.
