I tried setting up an account there but they wouldnt let me because my cell phone area code does not match the state i live in...went to the online help and a man named "hung"(no lie) told me that there is nothing he could do about it, and when i asked him some more questions he just closed the chat

Just get yourself a free voip number, plenty to choose from in the area code you want.

They do not even have my phone number its all 000 when I looked in my address info

they never asked me, id ask for a supervisor

or email Colin@neteller.com I have never had 1 single problem with neteller EVER they are the best! ( I think that is his email address) you can do a search for it
