It seems like they are.

John: Since we moved our database your previous pending wagers will no longer appear in the pending wager menu

John didnt want to explain to me what he means by this

1) my login and password no longer work
2) my withdrawal of my complete balance to neteller a few days ago ( just checked it) was denied, after I think it was BJ approved it in an e-mail to me.
3) now a poster is saying they may not honor pending wagers? that has to be wrong? I am heavy on red sox to win al east at +400 at hollywood. cancelleing that wager is completely unacceptable!

I am not having any trouble logging in. #3 is hard to believe. Instead of going on what a poster said, I suggest you call them and make sure their is no question that they will honor pending wagers of any kind. If they say they are going to cancel your future, I suggest you contact sportsbookreview. If they were to do that to you their rating would drop dramatically I think. However, I have payed with the sportingbet group for a while and I don't think they will cancel any pending plays. Never had a payout problem either...usually get neteller the next day - free - any amount.

MVP Sportsbook did this when they switched to new servers. The pending wagers were no longer listed as pending, but when I emailed to find out what was up, they gave me a list of the pending wagers and said when the bets went final they'd grade them, which they did. My guess is that he means the wagers won't be listed in the pending wager menu but there will still be a record of them somewhere.

I can't blame anyone for being a little agitated right now. This "migration" has obviously not gone well.

Be patient. I've seen this kink of stuff happen at at banks when they were merging databases. Savings and Checking accounts temporary lost in space.

This is why good techies make good money.

Database migrations are always bumpy, but 3 days is a bit much.

just called them. couldn't speak to victor as he was on another call.
so someone else helped me. he read back my pending baseball futures plays.
he said he'll email me them as well in 1-3 hours. but the pending plays will not show up on the hollywood website when you log in. he said baseball futures will be graded at end of year and balances will be adjusted accordingly.

is this what everyone else is getting from them as well?
i'd sure like to view my pending bets when i log into the hollywoodsportsbook
account but i guess that isnt' an option.

eagerly anticipating that email.

if i didn't have any pending plays there (baseball futures), i'd be out of there in a heartbeat. worst customer service i've dealt with except for the betpanam crooks.

I think it's really a transition problem. Everyone is just making too much of everything. This group is the largest in the world, so there'll be no problem.

My question is, if you are making decent money running a book that has a decent rep, WHY do you sell it when you can be continuously making money?
