I hear ya loud and clear...I haven't been this consumed with betting and baseball in a long time. I think this happens to me when I am losing. I fight too hard to try and get back and each loss seems 5 times worse than normal.

Unfortunately for me, tomorrow is the end of the week and it will be a HUGE day one way or another. I am sure I will have my mind on the games and checking in on them more often then I should considering it is Mother's Day.

Good Luck Journey......Like I said earlier this season. I have never bet a full season of baseball and to be honest with you I dont know how one can? This is by far the hardest sport to figure out. I can honestly say that in the Boys of Summer Contest I am doing a hell of alot better than I thought at this point of the season. Went 0-3 on my plays today to put my record at 38-35. If I end up over .500 for the season I will call it a win. Just too many variables to deal with day in and day out. Just today, how many soo called Closers lost the game for their team? I can think of 4 right off the top of my head. Cubs, Brewers, Nationals and Dodgers only had to get 3 outs with the game either tied or in the lead. What I have noticed is that the 21st-27th outs are the most difficult outs to get in the entire game. Why is this? Is it a mental block on the relievers part or is it the mentality of the hitters saying that its do or die? Its only May 13th, but I swear that I have seen it all. Taking time off might not be a bad idea. Best of luck in whatever you decide.

I really like Detroit in this situation against Cleveland. Johnson giving up a lot of runs for the Indians and Maroth pitching for the Tigers. Cleveland has scored less than 5 runs in 5 out of their last 6. Detroit scoring 5 or more runs in 5 out of their last 7.

BOL to you as Always.

I used to sweat Every Pitch or Every Play, but i learned long ago, there is no sense in it, once you pull the Trigger, just wait for finals. Easier on the nerves!

Don't sweat the game. FINALS are all that count

Absolutely. Make your play, then walk away. Sweating games is a negative. They print the scores nicely in the morning paper.

I like to watch generally, and I feel like it helps make future bets...sometimes though watching 5-6 games a day will eat at you, thats all really...I do like watching for the most part.

For most sports I can easily make a bet and not watch the game...but for baseball, I find watching the games is the best handicapping tool there is. Stats never tell the real story in baseball. I need to watch the pitchers to be able to get a feel for how they will matchup against other lineups. Reading their stats doesn't do much for me when it comes to baseball.
