They brought the tarp out before it was even raining. It didn't rain for about 15-20 minutes until after the tarp was on the field. Obviously, if they would have gotten through the Tribe's half of the inning, then Detroit would win the game. Fucking cheaters.

Yes but Detroit scored their runs in the top of the 7th. If they wouldn't have restarted the game, they revert back to the last fully completed inning meaning Cleveland would have won 1-0 in a 6 inning game.
