He WILLINGLY led police on a search of his house for over an hour. Didn't call an attorney even though his dad is one, because he has nothing to hide. Both labs that tested the shit for dna came up empty. He answered questions without counsel for 2 hours at the police department. Willingly gave DNA samples. Was identified as having a mustache by the accuser, however photos from just 2 days before the party show no stache (time frame doesn't allow one to grow). They (his counsel) called the DA multiple times and ven went to his office to try to talk about the situation, and had other evidence to offer but the DA didn't want to listen to any of it. (if he knew the mountain of evidence against his case, he couldn't ethically pursue the indictment). Turned over AIM, EMAIL, and Cellphone records. Basically, they went through all his shit before e had a chance to cleanup anything and they found nothing. Oh, and he's convincing as all hell and hasn't sent an email to a P.R. firm asking how to make money off the incident like the other stripper did. Also, he has witnesses to account for all his whereabouts.
