At the press conference,very impressive kid...not a doubt in my mind he is innocent.

Earlier he addressed the media and didn't bat an eye, if that wasn't from the heart I don't know what was.

It sure sounds like this district attorney is trying to be reelected and using this case to do just that.

I haven't really followed it closely, this 3rd kid though, I would bet a lot of money without seeing any facts, just from hearing him speak, that he is innocent, just my hunch.

I have no idea if she is lying or not but you can see why women don't want to tell police when they are raped

first it was 20, now it was 3.. 90% sure.. seems like she may have had too much alcohol and didnt know what the fuck was going on. There shouldnt even be a trial. They are all not guilty.

Guilty of bad judgement, they may have used bad judgement, this goes to show how something like this can ruin your life , atleast part of it.... there is no way any of these guys are going to be found guilty here.

she has claimed in the past she was raped too. the police in that case did not even bring the person(s) up on charges she accused that time. That shows how credible the police in that case thought her story was.

She also stated the 3rd person had a moustache. Unless he recently shaved it off, which would be easy to find out, definitely not guilty.

I've read a lot about this case from some fairly objective sources. I realize that anything can happen in the American justice system (for example, OJ walked), but there is no way those kids are found guilty. WAY too many incongruities in the victim's story. Plus, there's ATM camera pictures of one of the kids during the exact time that the "assault" allegedly took place (the timeline is pretty tight)--one of the kids the victim says she's "100% sure" was in on it.

It will be a travesty if this alleged "rape" never took place. She didn't go directly from the players' house to the hospital. There was enough time that she could have had rough sex with her boyfriend, which was the only DNA that was found inside her.

The embarassment and the money these guys will have to spend will be an injustice. Also, they cancelled the rest of the season over this "alleged" rape.
