OK so I've given this several days before I decided it may be time to post here...I am a mostly small player and have increased my bankroll at MANSION about 4-fold since I opened an account there at the beginning of the baseball season.
I used Firepay to deposit there and recently wanted to withdraw a measly $25 into my Firepay account to deposit into a poker room for fun. I get an error message saying "this transaction method is not allowed" when I try to withdraw my paltry sum.
I emailed CS on Friday, it took the entire weekend for them to get back to me, I heard back this morning and they said they thought it was a technical problem, they wanted a copy of screenshots from the problem for the tech department. I sent screenshots around 9AM this morning and have heard nothing yet.
Obviously this is a drop in the bucket type withdrawal but it's the first one I've attempted at MANSION and by the looks of it I'm not too confident about further withdrawals going through smoothly. Anyone have any thoughts here?
